I couldn’t be more thankful for Dr. Roberts and her entire staff. I have truly never met a more compassionate and caring group of people. They took exceptional care of my 15-year-old dog throughout the last few years of her life, always doing everything they could to keep her comfortable and make sure she received the best care possible. Their kindness and support during such an emotional time meant more to me than I can put into words. I also bring my cat and my other dog here, and I couldn’t imagine trusting their care to anyone else. Dr. Roberts and her team genuinely care about both their patients and the people who love them, and it shows in everything they do. I’m incredibly grateful to have found them and would recommend them to anyone looking for a veterinary team that treats your pets like family. *not that cost should matter when your getting quality care, BUT prices are extremely reasonable compared to other clinics*

Dr. Robert's is all about increasing the services including doing worst case scenarios that are meant to scare you into doing more than is necessary. Im not taking my precious dog to a DVM who is simply a greedy person who takes advantage of people with fear-based tactics. Shame on you Danette!

Poor at answering phone. Called multiple days and left message thinking I would get a call back. But if you get to leave a message guess what no one calls you back. I asked them about this (when I was able to reach a person)they said there answer service is broken. I called 12 times and heard (your #1 inline ). Fixing the answering of phone would be a top of my list. Other than that great place
